The verbal cue for hip abduction has
pushed the sled away. Make sure the posture doesn’t drift to
either side to compensate. The moving leg is slightly behind the
stance leg. This helps recruit the gluteals. The verbal cue for hip
extension is push the sled behind you. The stance leg is placed in front of the
moving leg. Posture is neutral and the extension movement is at the hip NOT at
